GLAM GALORE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Glam Galore, we take pride in providing quality hair products and customized wig services. Please carefully review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER WIGS

All customized, made-to-order, and Wig It Your Way orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes wigs customized by color, cut, layers, styling, lace customization, cap size, length, texture, or other customer-selected specifications.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct wig cap size and providing accurate measurements. Glam Galore is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or selections provided by the customer.

CUSTOM COLOR

Custom hair coloring is an artistic service. Inspiration photos are used as a reference, and exact color replication cannot be guaranteed due to differences in hair, lighting, photography, screens, and the coloring process.

Custom-colored products are final sale.

HAIR EXTENSIONS, WIGS & LACE PRODUCTS

For sanitary and hygiene reasons, hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and other hair products that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, colored, cut, brushed excessively, chemically treated, or removed from their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible non-custom merchandise must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, contact Glam Galore promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because order processing may begin shortly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed. Custom orders cannot be canceled once customization, coloring, construction, or other work has begun.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Glam Galore determines that an error occurred on our behalf.
